Dear customers,
We would like to inform you of an incident that occurred on January 31, 2026, between 02:20 and 12:20 UTC, affecting both the site Paris POD iOS 1 Mutual and the site Paris POD iOS 2 Mutual.
The incident occurred in two phases. It was initially resolved at 07:20 UTC, but reoccurred at 10:00 UTC. Our teams promptly intervened and restored the service.
We regret that this incident was not communicated at the time.
